In re     JACOB BUNGAY.        DECEASED.

This is the last Will and Testament of me Jacob Bungay, Fisherman of Templeman Bonavista Bay.

    I will and bequeath to my wife Susanna Gladys Bungay and my children Stella Gladys Bungay and Lester Bungay my Life Insurance and all other my property real or personal to be enjoyed equally between them while they live together. Should any one (or both) of them go to live with any other party, one third of the unexpended portion of my estate shall go with him or her for his or her benefit.

    I wish my Insurance to be drawn according to Plan B of my Policy payable quarterly in 10 years.

    Made and signed as my last Will and Testament at Templeman, Bonavista bay, Newfoundland, this 15th day of February 1922.     JACOB BUNGAY     Testator.
