Will of Henry Brown

IN RE:   HENRY BROWN.    DECEASED

I Henry Brown of Bishop’s Harbor Fisherman, being of sound mind and memory do therefore make and declare this to be my last will and Testament that is to say

First - That the whole of my Fishing Property including Schooner Boats wharfes - Flakes and all the land connected therewith Also my Gardens and outhouses which I now occupy. I bequeath to my adopted son Stanley Oldford.

Second That after my death the said Stanley Oldford shall provide for my wife Caroline Brown.

Third I hereby appoint Allen Brown to be executor of this my last will and Testament In witness whereof I the testator have hereunto set my hand & seal this Twenty-Fifth day of April in the year of our Lord nineteen hundred and ten - Henry His mark x Brown Walter R. Brown ;;; Edward J. Brown.
