Will of George Fisher

IN RE:   GEORGE FISHER.    DECEASED

The Will of George Fisher of Cape Shore Bonavista Newfoundland I George Fisher of Cape Shore Bonavista Newfoundland declare this to be my last will and testament

1. I give and bequeath to my daughter Virtue Fisher, the sum of one thousand dollars being the amount for which my life is assured in the Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada

2. I give and bequeath to my daughter Virtue Fisher, the dwelling house with all its contents to have and to hold forever, with the understanding that my wife Elizabeth Fisher shall be allowed to occupy the said house until such time as she shall marry again

3. I appoint my father Joseph Fisher executor of this my will. In witness whereof, I George Fisher, have hereunto set my hand this twelfth day of October 1912. - George his x mark Fisher - Signed by the said testator George Fisher, and declared by him to be his last will and testament in the presence of us, who at his request have signed as witnesses of the same.
