In re GEORGE BURTON. DECEASED. This is the last Will and Testament of me George Burton, of Safe Harbour, Bonavista Bay, in the Island of Newfoundland, made this Twenty first day of April, in the year of Our Lord One thousand Nine hundred and fourteen. I hereby revoke all wills made by me at any time heretofore. I appoint Stephen Burry of Safe Harbour, Bonavista Bay, Newfoundland, to be my Executor. I give and bequeath unto Elizabeth Burton my daughter in law, of Safe Harbour, the dwelling house in which I live, and all other houses and Stores with all land comprising my property or estate. GEORGE his X mark BURTON. Signed by the said Testator by making his mark, after having first been read over and explained to him, in the presence of us, who, at his request, in his presence, and in the presence of each other, have subscribed our names as witnesses.
