Will of Elizabeth Pittman Bayly

IN RE:   ELIZABETH PITTMAN BAYLY.    DECEASED

The last will and testament of Elizabeth Pittman Bayly.

1. I, Elizabeth Pittman Bayly widow of Bonavista give devise and bequeath equally to my six children Frances, Mary, Albert, Augustus Frederica and Hubert all monies and debentures in my possession.

2. I give devise and bequeath to my son Augustus while he lives in Bonavista all the residue of my estate consisting of Household effects and Goodlands Field but should he leave Bonavista the said property is to be sold and the proceeds divided equally amongst my six children as stated above I appoint my son Augustus as my executor. Given this Twenty first day of June in the year of grace one thousand nine hundred and twelve E. P. Bayly
