Will of Benjamin Winsor

IN RE:   BENJAMIN WINSOR.    DECEASED

The Last will and Testimony of Benjamin Winsor Fisherman of Wesleyville the uncertainty of this present life and being of sound mind and memory I do make this my last will & testament in manner and form of the following (That is to say In the First place I leave all my property such as traps and all my fishing gear and boats to my wife

Second the house and land is to be divided in 4 shares, store stages and all such property is to be divided in 4 shares also the boys are to look after the girls as long as they are single - Benjamin his x mark Winsor - I witness this in the presence of Samuel Roberts Walter W. Cotten. I desire Peter Roberts Louis Carter to be sole executors
