I, Benjamin Oldford, Fisherman and Farmer of Salvage Bay being in my sound mind and judgment this Twenty ninth day of June in the year of our Lord One thousand nine hundred and eight, do make here and now, and declare this to be my last Will and testament. I give and bequeath to my wife Eliza Oldford all my household furniture and effects, including the store that I die possessed of. I give and bequeath my land, being divided into three equal parts to my wife Eliza Oldford and my two sons John and Lemuel Oldford, each to have a third part. I give and bequeath the third part of my land on the South West side including half of the meadow land, to my son Lemuel Oldford. I give and bequeath to my son John Oldford the third part of my land on the North side including the other half of the meadow land on the South West side. I give and bequeath to my wife Eliza Oldford the third part of my land which is situated in the centre. And I hereby appoint Messrs Joseph Moss and Kenneth Farwell to be executors of this my Will. In witness whereof I have subscribed these presents at Salvage Bay this Twenty ninth day of June. 1908, in presence of two witnesses Sgd BENJAMIN OLDFORD X his signature.
