In re Baxter Knee deceased This is the last will and testament of me Baxter Knee of Badgers Quay, Bonavista Bay, General Dealer, [1] I give and bequeath as follows to my daughter two thousand dollars, to my wife two thousand dollars. [2] I give and bequeath all the residue of my Estate to my father and mother in equal shares. [3] I appoint my father and George H. Hall of St. John's, Executors of this my will In witness whereof I have hereunto my hand subscribed at St. John's this thirteenth day of June Anno Domini one thousand nine hundred and twenty. Baxter his X mark Knee. Signed by the said Testator in the presence of us both being present at the same time who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses. Jas P.
