In re
Anne Stabb deceased This is my last will and testament I give and bequeath my dwelling house and land at Bonavista, with all buildings and erections thereon to my daughter Mary Catherine White for the term of her natural life. I request that my daughter Mary Catherine White shall permit my son Nicholas Patrick White to occupy my said house conjointly with my daughter Mary Catherine White, If my son Nicholas Patrick White shall support my daughter Mary Catherine White for her lifetime I will and direct that my said son Nicholas Patrick White shall have the property consisting of my house and land after my said daughter's death to have and hold the same until his death, and if my said son Nicholas Patrick White shall have issue by his wife Catherine White nee Daley, then the aforesaid house and land to become the property of his heirs, but in the event of my son Nicholas Patrick White dying without issue the said house and gardens to become the joint property of my sons, John Joseph, Matthew Arthur, and Thomas Jeremiah White. Should it at any time be found desirable for my daughter's benefit to sell or otherwise dispose of my said house and land I hereby empower my trustees to sell or dispose of my aforesaid property and the proceeds therefrom invested for the support of my daughter Mary Catherine White. I give devise and bequeath all my Government Bonds now in the custody of the Bank of Nova Scotia Bonavista to my executors to be paid upon the trusts following, that is to say, the interest arising thereout towards the support of my daughter Mary Catherine White, during her life, and after her death the principal thereof to be equally distributed between my sons John Joseph, Matthew Arthur, and Thomas Jeremiah White. As to the residue and remainder of my estate both real and personal I desire that the sum of seventy dollars shall be paid to the Reverend M. P. Dwyer and if any further sum remain after paying my funeral and testamentary expenses the same to be invested in the name of my daughter Mary Catherine White. I appoint John Joseph White and Matthew Arthur White trustees and executors of this my will, and guardians for my daughter Mary Catherine White. As witness whereof I hereby set my hand and seal this sixteenth day of February A.D. 1918.
