This is the last will and testament of me Eliza Marsh of Bonavista in the District of Bonavista Newfoundland. I will and bequeath to my sons Joseph and Lewis my part of the meadow bounded on the West by the road leading to Cape Shore. On the South by John Fisher's garden. On the east by the stone wall and on the north by the remaining two-thirds of the garden. I will and bequeath my part of the garden near by George Keels residence to my
sons Joseph and Lewis bounded on the east by the road leading to Cape Shore on the South by the well near the pond. On the west by George Keels Marsh and on the north by George Keels residence. I will and bequeath my part of the Red Head Cove garden to my sons Joseph and Lewis bounded on the South West by the road leading to the water side. On the North West by the water side. On the North East by John Marsh's garden on the South East by
the marsh uncultivated. Eliza Marsh X her mark. Witnesses Heber John Tremblatt. Alexander Groves. Bonavista December 28th. 1909.
