In re
William Wheatley deceased. This is the last will and testament of me William Wheatley of Saint John’s Newfoundland. I devise & bequeath all property in personal estate to which I shall die in anywise entitled unto my dear wife Mary Cowan Wheatley absolutely; and I appoint the said Mary Cowan Wheatly sole executrix of this my only will. In witness whereof I the testator have hereunto set my hand this twenty third day of May A.D. one thousand eight hundred & eighty three. Wm. Wheatley. Signed in presence of Jos. B. Whiddon.
