Will of William Turner from Newfoundland will books volume 4 page 317 probate year 1884

In re
            William Turner deceased.

This is the last will and testament of me William Turner of St. John’s in the island of Newfoundland Tidewaiter.     I give devise and bequeath to my wife Ann Turner her executors administrators and assigns absolutely and over all my goods chattels property and effects whatsoever of every kind and description or in which I have any interest including the dwelling houses in William Street, Monkstown, in the town of St. John’s.     And I hereby appoint my said wife sole executrix of this my last will and testament.     In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this twelfth day of May A.D. one thousand eight hundred and eighty-four.     William Turner.     Signed and delivered by testator in the presence of us who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto set our names as witnesses hereto on the day and year before mentioned and at St. John’s aforesaid, Mary M. Milley, Augustus O. Hayward.
