  William Watson McNeil deceased. I William Watson McNeil of Saint John’s Newfoundland being of sound mind and understanding do hereby make my last will and testament. I bequeath to my mother Margaret McNeil one half of all I possess- the proceeds of one half of my estate to be invested in some safe investment & my mother to have the interest thereon during the course of her life & afterwards the principal to be divided equally between my three sisters Amanda, Clement and Mornain McNeil. I leave & bequeath to Mary the wife of my brother John McNeil the other half of my estate for the use of herself and the children of John & Mary McNeil. I appoint Allan Stark and John McNeil as my executors & I give to them my estate in trust for the purposes above mentioned. W.W. McNeil. Signed this thirtieth day of March one thousand eight hundred & eighty five in presence of M. Monroe, Chas. Crowdy.
