In re
  William Kennedy deceased. In the name of God Amen. I William Kennedy Jr. of Trespassey Fisherman do make and declare this to be my last will and testament. I will and bequeath to my wife Mary Kennedy after my death (as long as she remains unmarried) all the money belonging to me in the Savings Bank and all my right and title in the property belonging to me in Trespassey. In case she marries again the aforesaid money and property I will and bequeath to my child or children- I hereby appoint my brother Matthew Kennedy to be my executor- William X Kennedy. Signed by the said William Kennedy in our presence and by us in his presence and in presence of each other this fifth day of July in the year of our Lord eighteen hundred and eighty one- Mary Dunne, Patrick Delaney.
