Will of William J. Feehan

IN RE:   WILLIAM J. FEEHAN.    DECEASED

In the name of God Amen.

This is the last Will and Testament of me William J. Feehan being of sound mind and understanding.

I will and bequeath as follows.

    1. That my funeral and other testamentary expenses be paid.

    2. I appoint my wife, Ethel Margaret, to be the executrix of this my will.

    3. I bequeath the Nos 9-11-13 Princes St to my wife in trust to be sold and the proceeds to be held by her for her own use and that of my children in equal shares.

    4. I bequeath my Cooperage, stock, and tools to my wife in trust for herself and my children.

    5. I bequeath any interest which I may have under my father's will in No 5 Prince's St to my wife in trust for herself and my children.

    6. All the remainder of my property I give to my wife to be used and held by her in trust for her and my children.

    Signed by the Testator in our presence who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our hands this 7th day of September 1925.
