In re WILLIAM WYLLIE deceased This is the last will and testament of me William Wyllie of St. John’s Seaman. I give devise and bequeath to my wife Fannie Wyllie all my property, estate and effects of every description I appoint my said wife executrix of this my will. Witness my hand at St. John’s this eighth day of February 1910 A.D. William Wyllie. Signed published and declared by the said testator as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other all present at the same time have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses, G.N. Godden, Bridget her X mark English.
