In re: SIR WILLIAM V. WHITEWAY DECEASED
Revoking all former wills by me made I make this my last will and testament.
I give and bequeath all the property of which I may be possessed or to which I may be entitled at the time of my decease to my dear wife to her use for and during her life and after her decease to the use of my children share and share alike. The children of a deceased child to take the deceased parents share. subject to the following provision that in case either of my daughters or both shall not marry sufficient money shall be invested to provide six hundred dollars ($600) per annum for each unmarried daughter, the principal to be charged against her share.
My executors shall transfer my shares in the Masonic Hall Joint Co Ltd. to it and and they shall transfer my shares in the Masonic Club to it. I appoint my said wife and my sons F. H. Clare and H. Maxse K. to be joint executors of this my will. St. John's Nfld. 19th December 1906 (sgd) W.V. Whiteway
