Will of William T. Pippy
In re WILLIAM T. PIPPY. DECEASED.

This is the last will and testament of me William T. Pippy of Saint John’s in the County of Newfoundland.

I hereby revoke all wills and testamentary instruments heretofore by me made. I appoint C. H. Butt of St. John’s Nfld. Accountant to be the Executor of this my will. I direct my Executor to pay my just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses.

I give and bequeath to my wife Eliza my Dwelling House No. 3 Colonial Street for her life, after her death the House to be sold and the proceeds after deducting expenses to be divided equally amongst my four children Joseph, Reuben, Maud and Dorcas. I give to my wife Eliza all my furniture and other household effects, contained in Dwelling House No. 3 Colonial Street, and all monies eighter in cash or on deposit in the Bank of Nova Scotia. If necessary for her support she can sell the House, but if any monies left out of the proceeds at her death such amount to be divided amongst my four children as named above. Witness my hand this 6th day of May 1918. WILLIAM T. PIPPY.

Signed by the above named Testator as his last will in the presence of us both, being present at the same time, who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
