Will of William Squires

IN RE:   WILLIAM SQUIRES.    DECEASED

I, William Squires, of Summer Street, off Merrymeeting Road, in the town of Saint John's, do hereby revoke all former wills by me at any time made and declare this to be my last will and testament.
1. All the property of whatsoever nature and kind and wheresoever situate of which I die possessed, I give, devise and bequeath to my four children, Robert, Henry, Drucilla and Jessie, to be divided equally between them, and I hereby appoint my said son Henry Squires to be the sole executor of this my last will and testament.

In Testimony whereof I have affixed my mark hereto, at Saint John's, this 11th day of June, A.D., 1911. William his mark Squires (LS) Signed by the said testator, as and for his last will and testament, in the presence of us, who at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witness, the said will having first been read over and explained to the said testator, who fully understood and approved of the same. Signed Sealed and Delivered in presence of Maysie Parsons Nurse General Hospital. R. A. Squires of St. John's Solicitor.
