William Smale

In re: WILLIAM SMALE. DECEASED.

This is the last Will and Testament of me William Smale of Saint John’s Shoemaker.

  1. 1. I give devise and bequeath all my property estate and effects of every description to my wife Sarah Smale forever and absolutely.

  2. 2. I appoint my said wife Executrix of this my will.

WITNESS my hand at Saint John’s aforesaid this 4th day of December Anno Domini One thousand nine hundred and Twenty three. W. SMALE.

Signed published and declared by the said Testator as and for his last will and Testament in the presence of us who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other (all present at the same time) have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
