Will of William Scully

In re: WILLIAM T. SCULLY. DECEASED.

This is the last Will and Testament of me William T. Scully of Saint John’s in the Island of Newfoundland Physician.

1. I appoint my wife Florence M. Scully sole Executrix of this my will.

2. I give and bequeath to the Roman catholic Bishop of Harbour Grace the sum of Five hundred dollars on condition that he and his successors keep in good order and condition my family plot in the Roman Catholic Cemetery at Harbour Grace and that he and his successors have a Mass for my Aunt the late Ellen Carberry and myself on or about the Fourth day of September in each and every year.

3. All the rest residue and remainder of my estate and effects of every description I give devise and bequeath to my said wife Florence M. Scully absolutely.

WITNESS my hand at St. John’s aforesaid this Second day of September Anno Domini One thousand Nine hundred and Twenty Two. W.T. SCULLY.

Signed Published and Declared by the said Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other (all present at the same time) have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
