IN RE: WILLIAM SCOTT. DECEASED
In the name of God Amen
I William Scott of St. John's do make publish and declare this as and for my last will and testament.
First I will and direct that all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses be paid.
Secondly I give devise and bequeath all my property and effects of every kind to my wife to enjoy the same for the term of her natural life.
Thirdly After the death of my said wife I give devise and bequeath my land and fishing premises at Quidi Vidi to my sons George Richard and John in equal shares.
Fourthly After my wifes death I give devise and bequeath my house and property on Cochrane St to my son William.
Fifthly I hereby nominate and appoint my wife Catherine Scott to be the Executrix of this my will. WILLIAM SCOTT. Signed published and declared by the said William Scott as and for his last will and testament in our presence who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have hereto subscribed our hands as witnesses this 13th day of May A.D. 1912.
