Will of William J. Savin

IN RE:   WILLIAM J. SAVIN.    DECEASED

I, William J. Savin of St. John's, formerly Store-Keeper with the Anglo American Telegraph Company, do hereby revoke all other former Wills and testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me, and declare this to be my last Will Testament, after the payment of all my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses, I give, devise and bequeath as follows:-

  1. 1. To Margaret Murphy wife of W. J. Murphy of St. John's the House and land connected therewith, situate on Temperance Street, where I at present reside together with all the furniture, goods and effects, linen, plate, pictures contained in the said dwelling-house, this bequest is made to Margaret Murphy because of kindness and care she has shown towards me for a number of years.

    2. To the said Margaret Murphy, revd, John Savin and the Orphans at belvidere in equal shares any interest to which I may be entitled in the estate of James Davis after the death of his wife Susannah Davis.

    3. The residue of my estate and effects to the said Margaret Murphy.

    I appoint the said Margaret Murphy executrix of this my Will.
