In re WILLIAM B. ROW: DECEASED. This is the last will and testament of me William Bickford Row formerly of Saint John’s Barrister afterwards of Torquay in the County of Devon but now of Taunton in the County of Somerset whereby I revoke all former wills by me ever made I give devise and bequeath to my brother John Row formerly of Torquay aforesaid but now of Taunton aforesaid Gentleman all the money security for money in the public funds and other estate whatsoever wheresoever situate which I have any right or power to dispose of by this my will upon trust as to one undivided half of such part thereof as may consist of lands tenements or houses or money in the public funds or out at interest on mortgage that during the lifetime of my sister Mary Mare he the said John Row his executors or administrators do and shall pay unto the said Mary the annual produce of such moiety or half part whether the same consists of rents or interest of money (always deducting from the gross amount all expenses of receiving or recovering the same) and after her decease do and shall pay unto her husband John Mare of Taunton Gentleman if he survives her the like half proceeds during his lifetime- And I declare my will to be in respect to the said moiety or half part of the annual produce that the said John Row his executors or administrators shall not be accountable for more than shall come to his or their hands or possession and that it shall be lawful for him or them to suspend the same and conversion into money of any part of my estate let to tenants or out at interest for so long a period as he or they may think proper without incurring any liability by reason thereofAnd whereas when William Henry Mare went into business at Saint John’s I lent him Six hundred pounds Newfoundland currency I give up the same to the said William Henry Mare and hereby direct my executors to give him a discharge and release for the same- And I appoint my said brother John Row executor of this my will In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand this fifth day of June one thousand eight hundred and sixty three (1863) W.
