In re WILLIAM OLIVER ROUSE. DECEASED. In the name of the Father and of Son and of the Holy Ghost Amen. I William Oliver Rouse late of Saint John’s but now residing at Great Jervis Newfdland do hereby make my last will and testament. First after all my just debts are paid I give and bequeath to my wife Anna Rouse all my property of whatsoever nature or kind including two shares in the Notre Dame Mining company which shares are altogether at her disposal to cancel or retain And I also appoint my wife to be the sole executor of this my last will and testament. Witness my hand and seal this thirtieth day of November one thousand eight hundred and seventy-five-W. O.
