IN RE: WILLIAM RICHARDS. DECEASED
This is the last will and Testament of me William Richards of Topsail Hill Conception Bay Farmer. I give and bequeath unto my son Michael the land and property he now occupies situate partly on the Horse Cove Road and Topsail Hill. I give and bequeath unto my son John the property and premises he now occupies. I give and bequeath unto my sons Michael and George that piece of grazing ground containing six acres and twenty-eight perches more or less situate between Topsail Hill and Horse Cove Road share and share alike. I give my bed and bedding to my daughter Alice
The residue of my property including the land and House I now occupy I give and bequeath to my son George. I appoint Charles H. Emerson of St. John's Solicitor the Executor of this my last will and Testament. Witness my hand this 14th day of June 1904 - William Richards - Signed by the said Testator as and for his last will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses Frank D Lilly Charles H. Emerson
