This is the last will and Testament of me William Richards of Topsail Hill Conception Bay Farmer. I give and bequeath unto my son Michael the land and property he now occupies situate partly on the Horse Cove Road and Topsail Hill. I give and bequeath unto my son John the property and premises he now occupies. I give and bequeath unto my sons Michael and George that piece of grazing ground containing six acres and twenty-eight perches more or less situate between Topsail Hill and Horse Cove Road share and share alike. I give my bed and bedding to my daughter Alice

The residue of my property including the land and House I now occupy I give and bequeath to my son George. I appoint Charles H. Emerson of St. John's Solicitor the Executor of this my last will and Testament.
