IN RE: WILLIAM P. BUTLER. DECEASED
THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me William P. Butler of St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland Salesman.
FIRST I appoint my two sons John B. Butler and Maxwell F. Butler Executors of this my Will. SECOND I give and bequeath my piano to my daughter Marjorie Isabel Butler. THIRD I direct that my debts funeral and testamentary expenses and death duties shall be paid out of the balance of my estate. FOURTH I give all the residue of my estate to my said three children John B. Butler, Maxwell F. Butler and Marjorie Isabel Butler in equal shares absolutely. IN WITNESS WHEREOF I the said William P. Butler have hereunto subscribed my hand at St. John's in the Island aforesaid this twenty-eighth day of August Anno Domini One thousand nine hundred and twenty-six. W. P. BUTLER. SIGNED by the said Testator in the presence of us both being present at the same time who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses. Jas. P.
