In re: WILLIAM NORRIS. DECEASED.

This is the last will and testament of me William Norris of Witless Bay District of Ferryland Fisherman:-
    I appoint my wife Mary my Executrix,     I hereby revoke all wills and testaments heretofore by me made.
    I will and bequeath one hundred dollars to the Reverend James Greene P.P. for Masses.
    I will and bequeath two thousand dollars to the Parish Priest, for the time being, of Witless bay, for church and Parish use, with the obligation, however, that he give yearly, sixty dollars, to my wife Mary, till her death
    I will and bequeath all the rest of my property whatsoever to my wife Mary, for her life, and after her death to the said Parish Priest of Witless bay for Church and Parish use.
    In witness whereof I have set my hand to this my will this 5th day of April A.D. 1924.     WILLIAM NORRIS.

Signed by the above named William Norris, as his last will in the presence of us, both being present at the same time, who in his presence and in the presence of each other, have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
