In re WILLIAM NORMAN. DECEASED.
This is the last will and testament of me William Norman of St. John’s Fisherman. I revoke all former wills and codicils by me at any time made. I give devise and bequeath unto my children Mary Ann (wife of George Peckam) Robert and William being the children by my first wife begotten all my lands goods chattels leasehold interests and effects whatsoever and wheresoever situate forever. I direct that my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses shall be first paid by my executors hereinafter named. I appoint Stanley B. Carter of St. John’s Barrister executor of this my last will and testament. St. John’s April 19th 1878.

Carter, J.N. McNeily.
