In re: WILLIAM MURPHY. DECEASED

This is the last will and testament of me, William Murphy, of St. John’s in the Island of Newfoundland, Master Mariner. I direct that all my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses shall be first paid out of my estate, I give, devise and bequeath all the property, goods, chattels, credits and effects of every description of which I may die possessed to my daughter Annie To Hold the same unto her absolutely, And I hereby appoint Donald Morison of St. John’s, Solicitor, sole executor of this my last will

In witness whereof I have hereunto my hand subscribed at St. John’s aforesaid, this Third day of April A.D. 1907. William his X mark Murphy Signed Published and Declared by the Testator in the presence of us, who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other, have hereunto our hands subscribed as witnesses, (the said Testator having signed his name by making his mark hereto the said will having first been read over and explained to him in our presence.)
