The Last will & Testament
of Wm. Molloy of Portugal Cove I William Molloy being of sound mind declare
this my last will & Testament. I leave & bequeath all I possess
to my son Samuel Molloy in trust to be divided when my youngest son Thomas comes to the age of twenty one in four equal parts between Samuel
John & Thos
Molloy and my wife Annie Molloy, as long as my said wife remains unmarried.
If my wife should marry again then my estate is to be divided in three
equal parts between my sons Samuel Jno & Thomas I leave & bequeath the house unconditionally to my youngest son Thomas.
I leave & bequeath all I possess excepting house in trust to Samuel to be divided equally amongst the others on condition that they support
my daughters Annie; Mary, Margaret and Agnes
Molloy. In witness thereof
I have placed my mark this the tenth day of March 1911 - William
