William Gill T. Martin

In re: WILLIAM MARTIN. DECEASED.

This is the last will of me William Gill T. Martin of St. John’s Newfoundland draper and I revoke all former wills by me made

  1. (I) I give devise and bequeath all property of whatsoever kind (including money and choses in action) that I shall die possessed of to my wife Susie Mundun Martin to use and enjoy as she sees well (both the corpus and the income) during her life including the right to dispose of by her last will any of my estate remaining undisposed of at her death but if she fails to dispose of by will of the said remaining estate (if any) then said remaining estate shall go to my adopted daughter Thurza Frecker now known as Dorothy Martin
  2. (2) Should my said wife predecease me I give devise and bequeath all my said property to said Dorothy Martin
  3. (3) If my said wife survives me I appoint her sole executrix of this my will but if she predecease me I appoint the said Dorothy Martin sole executrix of this my will.
  4. In witness whereof I have set my hand to this my will this day of September 1919. WILLIAM G. T. MARTIN.
