IN RE: WILLIAM JOHNSON. DECEASED
This is the last will and Testament of me William Johnson of St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland, Fisherman.
1. I give devise and bequeath to Edward Faulkner that portion of my property situate at the Battery now occupied by him as a residence absolutely.
2. I give devise and bequeath to my wife Mary Jane Johnson that portion of my property now occupied by me as a residence absolutely.
3. I give devise and bequeath to my wife Mary Jane Johnson all my fishing property at the Battery.
4. I give devise and bequeath the rest residue and remainder of my property to my said wife and I appoint her sole executrix of this my will.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand at St. John's aforesaid this 14th day of March Anno Domini one thousand nine hundred and eleven. William Johnson Signed by the said testator in the presence of us, both being present at the same time, who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses William Anthony Kenneth Penney.
