In re: WILLIAM WATERMAN HORWOOD. DECEASED. LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT.
I, William Waterman Horwood, Senior, of St. John’s, Newfoundland, hereby revoke all testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me, and declare this to be my last Will, which I make this fourteenth day of August, A.D. 1920. I appoint my wife, Miriam Cranford Horwood, to be the executrix of my will. IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand the day and year first above written. W. W. HORWOOD SENIOR. Signed and declared by the above named William Waterman Horwood, Senior, as his last Will in the presence of us both present at the same time who in his presence and the presence of each other have hereunto set our names as witnesses. |
