Will of William Hooper

IN RE:   WILLIAM HOOPER.    DECEASED

This is the last Will and Testament of me William Hooper of St. John's Newfoundland in the County of Nfld made this Fifteenth day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and Twenty four.

I hereby revoke all Wills made by me at any time heretofore.

I appoint Allen Pynn of Golf Avenue St. John's Nfld to be my Executor, and direct that all my Debts and Funeral Expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.

I give and bequeath unto the said Allen Pynn the sum of five hundred dollars, being the amount due at my death from the Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada in which Company my life is insured. The total of five hundred dollars above mentioned and any interest that might have accrued on this amount to be paid the said Allen Pynn immediately after my death.
