THE HONOURABLE JUDGES THEREOF

The Petition of Winifred Hennebury, of St. John’s in the Province

of Newfoundland, Widow

HUMBLY SHEWETH AS FOLLOWS:

1. William Hennebury late of St. John’s, Council Foremen died at St. John’s

on or about the 25th day of August A. D. 1952 having previously made

his last Will and Testament but by it appointed no Executor thereof.

2. The paper writing hereto annexed marked “A” is the said last Will

and Testament of the said deceased proved upon the affidavit of

Mary Adams of St. John’s aforesaid Married Woman, one of the subscribing

witnesses thereto.

3. The paper writing hereto annexed marked “B” is the correct full

and true Inventory and valuation of the property and effects of the said

deceased at the time of his death so far as Your Petitioner can ascer-

tain.

4. The said deceased left him surviving his lawful widow, Your Petitioner

and as next of kin: Annie Hennebury of St. John’s aforesaid Widow, mother

of the said deceased; and Ewin Hennebury of St. John’s aforesaid Labourer;

Francis Hennebury of St. John’s aforesaid Labourer; Thomas Hennebury of

St. John’s aforesaid Labourer; John Hennebury of St. John’s aforesaid

Labourer; Joseph Hennebury of St. John’s aforesaid Labourer, brothers of

the said deceased; and Anne Hennebury of St. John’s aforesaid Spinster, sister of the said deceased, and no other next of kin.

5. No Letters of probate of any Will or Letters of Administration of (initials left of #5)

The estate of the said deceased have been granted forth of this Honourable

Court.

Your Petitioner therefore humbly prays that this Honourable Court

Or Your Lordship may be pleased to grant to her Letters of Administration

Cum testamento annexo of the estate and effects of the said deceased and

Your Petitioner as in duty bound will ever pray etc.

Dated at St. John’s this 23rd. day of September A. D. 1952.
