In re: WILLIAM H. CROSS DECEASED
This is the last will and Testament of me William Henry Cross of St. John’s in the Island of Newfoundland.
I give and Bequeath to my wife Catherine Cross these two Houses and Garden atached thereto situated in the Rear of the Masonic Temple Bounded on the north by Lands Belonging to Mr. La Messurer and on the south by the Public Road and on the East by Land Belonging to the Government at Present During her Natural Life and after her Death to my Two sons William George Cross and Francis John Cross. (sgd) W.H. Cross witnesses Norman N. Bradley (sgd) John White St. John’s Oct. 3rd 1906.
