Will of William T. Hanlon

IN RE:   WILLIAM T. HANLON.    DECEASED

This is the last will and Testament of me, William T. Hanlon, of St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland, Mason I revoke all former wills by me at any time made, and I appoint my wife, Bridget Mary Hanlon to be Executrix of this my will:

I give and bequeath to my said wife all the property of every kind whatsoever of which I may die possessed including my household furniture, the cash to my credit in the Government Savings Bank and the policy of insurance on my life in the Sun Life Insurance Company To Hold the same unto my said wife for her sole use absolutely: In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my hand at St. John's aforesaid, this Twenty-fifth day of March in the year of Our Lord one thousand nine hundred and Twelve William T. Hanlon Signed Published and Declared by the testator as and for his last will and testament in presence of us, both being present at the same time, who at his request and in his presence hereunto subscribed ourselves as witnesses attesting the due execution thereof.
