IN RE: WILLIAM G. PIPPY. DECEASED
I William G. Pippy of St. John's tinsmith hereby revoke all former wills by me at any time made and declare this to be my last will and testament. I hereby give devise and bequeath to my wife Jessie Louisa Pippy all the property of whatsoever nature and kind and wheresoever situate of which I die possessed and I appoint my said wife in conjunction with my son Ernest Roy Pippy to be the joint Executors of this my will.
I would prefer my Business to be carried on under the name and style of W. G. Pippy with my said son Ernest Roy Pippy as manager unless my executors decide otherwise St. John's May 29th 1911. W. G. Pippy Signed by the said testator as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses Maud Isabell Lindsey of 187 Le Marchant R.
