In re WILLIAM H. ELLIS: DECEASED. By this my last will and testament I Wm. Henry Ellis being at this moment of sound mind but in a low state of body and finding it necessary to make provision for the settlement of my affairs if it please God to remove me from this world do give and bequeath to my beloved wife Helen Ellis all that I die possessed of for her sole benefit and that of my children and I do hereby appoint my brother Robert H.
