William Coyell deceased.

In the name of God Amen. I William Coyell of St. John’s in the Island of Newfoundland being greatly afflicted in body but of sound mind and memory committing my body and soul into the hands of God who gave it and revoking all others do make and declare this my last will and testament. I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Anne Louisa Coyell to and for the use and benefit of herself and her children by me during her natural life if she remain a widow the sole management of my estate Should she marry again she is to have one third the property the other two thirds of the estate to be divided equally between the surviving children. The estate not to be divided until the youngest child is of age. And I do hereby appoint and constitute my wife Anne Louisa Coyell and William Cowan and William Pitts the executrix and executors of this my last will and testament In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this sixth day of September one thousand eight hundred and sixty, William his X mark Coyell (LS) Sealed and signed in the presence of E.
