In re WILLIAM B. CALVER: DECEASED. This is the last will and testament of me William Bernard Calver of St. John’s in the Island of Newfoundland gentleman I desire that all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses be first paid I give devise and bequeath all my estate lands and tenements monies chattels and effects whatsoever and wheresoever that I may die possessed of or entitled unto to John Calver of St. John’s aforesaid my son with whom I am now living his heirs and assigns for ever for his and their only use and behoof and I appoint the said John Calver sole executor of this my will and I revoke all former wills and codicils by me at any time made. Witness my hand and seal this twenty second day of September A.D. 1873William B.
