Will of William Bidgood

In re: WILLIAM BIDGOOD. DECEASED.

I the undersigned in this my last will and testament being in sound mind give and bequeath to my wife Lydia Ann Bidgood fishing room meadow garden dwelling house and furniture therein also stable barn horse carts express to have and to hold until her death. And after her death all go to my son (John Bidgood) only building lot to my daughter (Sarah Ann Bidgood).

To my son John Bidgood I give my part of cod trap fishing boat and motor and he is to pay his mother (Lydia Ann Bidgood) yearly ten per cent of net proceeds of voyage.

To my daughter (Sarah Ann Bidgood) I give piano bed bedding & etc. To my wife (Lydia Ann Bidgood) I give and bequeath the use of money in Bank and house and after her death if any left two parts go to my daughter Sarah Ann Bidgood and one part to my son John Bidgood.

I do here appoint Lydia Ann Bidgood executor of this my last will and testament. William his X mark Bidgood
