Will of William Beer

In re: WILLIAM BEER. DECEASED.

This is the last will and testament of me, William Beer, of St. John’s, Cabman.

1. I hereby revoke all former wills by me at any time made and declare this to be my last will and testament.

2. I hereby appoint my wife, Bridget Beer, to be the sole executrix of this my will.

3. All the lands, dwelling houses and premises, together with household furniture and effects, horses, carriages, life insurance, society benefits, and all other property of whatsoever nature and kind and wheresoever situate, of which I die possessed, I give, devise and bequeath to my said wife, Bridget Beer, absolutely.

In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my hand at St. John’s this 3rd day of November A.D. 1915 William Beer X Signed by the said testator as and for his last will and testament, in presence of us, who, at his request, in his presence and in the presence of each other, have hereunto our names subscribed as witnesses.
