In re: WILLIAM BEER. DECEASED.

This is the last will and testament of me, William Beer of St. John’s, Cabman, made by me on this, the 12th day of March, 1923.

I will and bequeath all my goods & chattels & whatsoever I possess to my mother, Bridget Beer and appoint her executrix of this my will. WILLIAM his X mark BEER

Signed by the testator as & for his last will & testament by making his mark, it having been first read over & explained to him, in presence of us who in his presence & in the presence of each other, hereunto subscribe our names as witnesses.
