Will of William Austin

IN RE:   WILLIAM AUSTIN.    DECEASED

This is the last will and testament of me, William Austin, of St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland, Carpenter.

I revoke all former wills by me at any time made, and I appoint my wife Druscilla to be the Executrix of this my will.

I give and bequeath to my said wife for her own use absolutely all the property of whatsoever kind I may die possessed.

In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my hand at St. John's aforesaid this Twenty second day of June in the year of Our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and Seventeen.

Signed, Published and Declared by the Testator as and for his last will and testament in presence of us, both being present at the same time, who at his request and in his presence have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses attesting the due execution hereof.
