Will of Walter B. West

In re: WALTER B. WEST. DECEASED

This is the last will and testament of me, Walter B. West, of St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland, accountant. I revoke all former wills by me at any time made, and I appoint Clement Alcock, of St. John's, assistant Registrar of Shipping, to be the Executor of this my will. I give and bequeath whatever monies belonging to the Estate of my late wife Ellen Selina Agnes West remain in the hands of C. F. Bennett and Company at the time of my death to my son Henry Arthur West. I give and bequeath all the residue of my estate, including policy numbered 772504 in the Mutual Life Insurance Company of New York on my life and my household furniture and personal effects, to my daughter Florence Marie McKenzie West.

In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my hand at St. John's aforesaid this 20th day of August A.D. 1909. Walter B West Signed. Published, and declared by the testator as and for his last will and testament in presence of us, who at his request in his presence and in presence of each other hereunto subscribe ourselves as witnesses attesting the due execution thereof: W.
