In re: WALTER WALSH. DECEASED
This is the last will and Testament of me Walter Walsh of St. John’s Cabman. I give devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife Mary Ann Walsh All property whatsoever both real and personal of which I shall die possessed for her sole use and benefit and I appoint my said wife Mary Ann sole Executrix of this my will.
In witness whereof I have hereto set my hand at St. John’s this thirteenth day of August A.D. 1906 Walter his x Mark Walsh Signed by the said Testator as and for his last will and Testament, in the presence of us who in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses after the same had been read over and explained to the Testator.
