Will of Walter S. March

In re: WALTER S. MARCH. DECEASED

This is the last will and testament of me, Walter S March of Saint John’s in the Island of Newfoundland, Travelling Passenger Agent.

First. Save and except the bequest hereinafter made to my father I give, devise and bequeath unto my wife, Florence Napier, all the property, goods, chattels, credits and effects of every description of which I may die possessed To Hold the same unto her absolutely and forever.

Second, I give and bequeath unto my father, Levi March, all my inside and outside wearing apparel.

Third. I appoint my said wife, Florence Napier, sole executrix of this my last will. In witness whereof I have hereunto my hand subscribed at Saint John’s in the Island of Newfoundland this 16th day of October A.D. 1907 Walter S March Signed. Published and Declared by the Testator in the presence of us, who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto our hands subscribed as witnesses A.W. Knight Solicitor Arthur B. Knight accountant
