Will of Walter J. Power

IN RE:   WALTER J. POWER.    DECEASED

This is the last Will and Testament of me Walter Power of William of Outer Cove Newfoundland. Farmer.

1st. I will that all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses be paid by my executor hereafter appointed.

2nd. I will and bequeath the farm, tools dwelling house Stable furniture fishing property and all other goods and things of which I shall die possessed to my brother Patrick J. Power to have hold and enjoy forever.

3rd. I appoint my said brother Patrick to be the executor of this my last Will and testament.

Dated at St. John's this tenth day of October A.D. 1926.

Signed published and declared to and for his last will and testament by the said testator on the year and date above written in our presence who in his presence and in presence of each other have have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
